Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles, diffusers, or other fragrance products that have been opened or used.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method.

If you are returning part of an order, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

Please note: shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
