At Lowri, we take care to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. Below you will find our shipping terms, in line with Norwegian regulations.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship with trusted carriers such as Posten/Bring and other selected logistics partners.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Free shipping apply on orders above 1000kr NOK
3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Norway: 2–5 business days.

International delivery: Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated time will be shown at checkout.

Please note that unexpected delays with carriers may occur, but we will do our best to keep you updated.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Norway and selected international destinations (see checkout for availability).

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and either issue a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Lowri is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
