Terms of Service – Lowri

1. Purchases

  • When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

  • All prices are listed in NOK and include applicable VAT.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Payment

  • We accept secure payments through [insert payment providers, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Vipps].

  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver within Norway (and internationally if specified).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping providers.

  • Lowri is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Norwegian law.

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

  • Items that have been opened and used (such as candles or diffusers) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and trademarks, is owned by Lowri or our partners. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All personal information is processed in compliance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR. See our separate Privacy Policy for details.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. In the event of a dispute, you have the right to bring the case before the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or relevant legal authorities.
